A caring approach to mental wellness designed to support you every step of the way.

About Me

Hi, I’m Sara Adair Mulvey, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Behind that title, I am a human being who has navigated significant adversity and traumatic loss. My own mental health struggles began as a young teen, and the healing that followed in adulthood was gradual—it did not happen overnight. While that journey was incredibly difficult, I would not be the clinician or person I am today without it.

I value authenticity, vulnerability, and deep connection, believing these are woven into the very fabric of true healing. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share when you are ready. Together, we will determine what is best for you right now, exactly where you are. You are the foremost expert on your own life; my role is to offer options, guidance, and unwavering support as you move forward.

For over 20 years, I have had the honor of walking alongside individuals and families as a yoga instructor, nurse, birth doula, and trusted ally. Having owned and taught at Source 365 Living Arts Center in Farmington, Maine for nearly 15 years, I’ve shared yoga, meditation, and mindfulness across schools, workplaces, and local communities. Throughout my nursing career, I have supported people of all ages through some of life's most challenging transitions.

All of these experiences have shaped me into a trauma-informed clinician who bridges holistic somatic awareness with modern, evidence-based psychiatric care—including comprehensive evaluations and medication management.
